RULES
- The applicant must include the referring physician’s
name at the top on the front page of the application. If
applying online, select the REFER-A-COLLEAGUE campaign as
the recruitment tool and type the referring physicians name
when prompted.
- The winner must recruit a minimum of 2 active practicing
non-members to qualify.
- In the case of a tie, a drawing will be held on 12/31/2009.
- If you can’t find your colleague in the DCMS Member
Directory or in our online Physician Finder, then he/she
is most likely eligible for recruitment.
