HealthPAC, the Dallas County Medical Society political action committee, has made endorsements in 2 runoff campaigns. The runoff is Tuesday, April 13. Early voting runs April 5-9.
Any registered voter can participate, except those who voted in the other party's primary. For example, someone who voted in the Republican primary cannot vote in the Democratic run-off, and vice versa.
