Workers' Compensation
The Texas Workers' Compensation Commission is a state agency that monitors the delivery of benefits to injured workers and eligible family members of workers killed on the job. The Commission also helps resolve disputes about claims and provides workplace health and safety services.

The Texas Medical Association http://www.texmed.org periodically distributes Workers' Compensation Alerts to physician members via fax or mail. If you are a DCMS and TMA member and would like to receive the Alerts, e-mail Tracy Casto, director of medical practice relations.
