DCMS is proud to offer this member service to the physician community. DigiDOCS is the PDA version of DCMS Directory. Simply download the file and HotSync it into your PDA, so it is available wherever you are—the office, hospital, or home. Dr. Jerry Sudderth chairs the member services committee, which is a board of your peers that works hard at evaluating value-added services to those already offered by DCMS without increasing your membership dues.

DigiDOCS Requirements: Currently runs only on Palm OS Software, Version 3.1 and higher, and requires at least 8MB of memory. Other versions may soon be available. If you have a PDA that does not use Palm software, please let us know what you use so that we can assist you in a future version of this product. Email your PDA type and operating software to deanna@dallas-cms.org.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a previous version already installed, you'll need to remove it before installing the new one. To do this, delete the following 6 files from your handheld:

BasicIngots-BASI DataCommIngots-DTCI EnhancedIngots-ENHI
Booster DigiDOCS MultimediaIngots-MLMI

Directions for Accessing DigiDOCS:

DigiDOCS is FREE to DCMS members all year. The database is updated quarterly (July 1, October 1, January 1, and April 1). The web allows one download per quarter. If you have have any questions or need an additional download within the same quarter, email deanna@dallas-cms.org.

  • Click on Let's Get Started!
  • Enter your Texas medical license number and your email address. (Note: For security purposes your email address must match the one you have submitted for use in the DCMS database. To confirm your email address in the DCMS database, view your profile on Physician Finder.)
  • Click SUBMIT.

A password will be emailed to you immediately.

The password email will contain a link that will take you back to the Log-in page, where you will re-enter your Texas medical license number, email address, and password. Click SUBMIT.

This takes you to an instruction page. Print the page for easy reference and then follow instructions.
