One year ago, DCMS introduced the DCMS Circle of Friends, a program designed with the business of medicine in mind. Members of the DCMS Circle of Friends are companies that pay an annual fee to participate in DCMS events. Their financial commitment allows DCMS to provide quality programs throughout the year, such as the Member Roundup, Resident Roundtable Dinner Series, DCMS Happy Hours, and Medical Student Dinner. In return, these companies are invited to attend these events and provide business-related materials to inform you of the benefits their companies can provide physician practices.

Circle of Friends members include two long-time supporters of medicine—TMA Insurance Trust and the Texas Medical Liability Trust. A previously endorsed vendor, The Reynolds Company, also has been in the Circle since its inception. These companies have been joined by Hostnet Inc., Capital One Bank NA, Discover Network, American Express®, Advantage Administration Inc, Care Now, and Lone Star MSO. The second notice of 2007 membership dues statements has been mailed. Jan 1 was the due date. If you have not renewed your membership dues, please do so quickly. We are preparing to print the 2007-2008 DCMS Directory, and you must have paid your dues to be included. You also should have received a profile by email (if we have an email address on file for you) or regular mail. Please be sure this information is complete and accurate, along with your photo, for the directory. However, any portion of your contact information can be withheld from print at your request.
