DCMS Directory Listings Be sure your information is accurate

If you have a working email address listed with DCMS, you have received a request to update your DCMS Directory profile via email. If you do not have an email listed with us, you should have received your profile in the mail. It is important that you review your information so it is accurate in the 2005/2006 DCMS Directory. Changes received after April 1 will not be reflected in the 2005/2006 DCMS Directory.

DCMS offers three membership directories:
• DCMS Directory—member version is the one with which you’re most familiar. A few 2004/2005 directories still are available. Simply mail your payment of $25 per directory (DCMS members-only price) to DCMS or contact Donna Kracmer, DCMS new member manager, at donna@dallas-cms.org or 214-413-1430 to order by credit card or for additional information.
• DCMS Directory—health industry version is the version that is sold to health-related organizations. It is similar to the original directory but omits residence information.
• DigiDOCS® is a downloadable program for your handheld computer that provides a searchable database of DCMS member physician contact information at your fingertips. It is available for PDAs that have the Palm OS versions 3 and higher. Information provided in each member record is the name, specialty, ZIP code, office phone, office fax, and email address.

If your email address is correct in our system, you’ll have no trouble downloading this great directory of DCMS members from our Web site at www.dallas-cms.org. Click on Member Services, then DigiDOCS® for more information.
