It's in the Mail DCMS Mailing Label Service

If the prospect of notifying all your colleagues about your new medical practice partner is overwhelming, perhaps you’re unfamiliar with one of your member benefits—the DCMS Mailing Label Service. Physicians can order labels with their peers’ addresses for their specific needs, and not worry about handwriting the addresses or making an error when copying them from the DCMS Directory.

DCMS values your privacy and limits the availability of these labels. Examples of acceptable uses include:

• Change of address notifications
• Retirement notifications
• Medical-related events
(seminars, CME-accredited presentations)
• Introduction of a service
• Holiday greeting cards
• Philanthropic notifications
• Not-for-profit notifications
• Communications related to political campaigns

When ordering labels, you can select the entire active member list of practicing physicians (approximately 3800) or segment the list by ZIP codes or specialties. Labels for DCMS members are only 5 cents each, and the $25 processing fee charged to nonphysicians is waived. 

As a member, you can “opt out” of having your name included in these mailings simply by notifying us.

A separate “Health Industry Edition” is available for commercial use without physician home addresses and phone numbers. Each member receives one directory free; additional directories are $25.
