DCMS members welcomed more than incoming 220 freshmen medical students to the practice of medicine at the annual event, held at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. Students, their spouses, and our member physicians enjoyed this tradition held on the Sunday after the first week of class. Nancy H. Nielsen, MD, PhD, AMA president-elect, was the keynote speaker.
