We offer members the convenience of ordering these address labels for either the entire membership or segmented by specialty and/or ZIP code. We value your privacy and limit the availability of these labels. Acceptable mailings include:

Labels for DCMS members are only 5 cents each and the usual $25 processing fee is waived. As a member, you have the right to “opt out” of having your name included in these mailings simply by notifying us.
