05/06/14 DCHHS Health Advisory: Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) Because of increases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) cases reported from Saudi Arabia and UAE since mid-March of 2014, clinicians are being requested to increase their index of suspicion for MERS-CoV in travelers to the Arabian Peninsula and neighboring countries.
