North Texas Alliance for Clinician Resilience
Loading
The North Texas Alliance for Clinician Resilience (NTACR), a collaborative of the Dallas and Tarrant County Medical Societies, the North Texas Organization for Nurse Executives and the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council Education and Research Foundation. The program focuses on clinician burnout, which can adversely impact patient safety, quality of care, and employee and medical staff satisfaction. The regional project represents approximately 100 hospitals, 10,900 physicians and tens of thousands of nursing providers in North Texas. The partners will work together on committees over a three-year period to share best practices and utilize the national platform of the National Academy of Medicine Clinician Resiliency Project.
