The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention created a new online tool aimed at helped communities make decisions on best practices and steps to take regarding COVID-19 based on the latest data. According to the CDC, "[Levels] are determined by looking at hospital beds being used, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area."
